Ben currently teaches middle school band and choir. He holds a BA Music Education from Eastern Washington University. Ben is a well-rounded musician and dabbles in all percussive pursuits, though he primarily teaches intermediate and advanced drum set lessons. When not teaching, Ben enjoys all sorts of craft hobbies. Ben completed his MA in Music Education from American Band College in the Summer of 2022.

Lauren is an accomplished percussionist and jazz pianist with extensive performance and teaching experience. She enjoys teaching all ages, with specialty in mallet percussion and classical percussion, beginning drum set, jazz piano, jazz vibes, and music theory and composition. When not pursuing music, Lauren is sewing, making jewelry, or spending time outdoors.
We offer three options for lessons:
30 min = $30 per lesson
45 min = $40 per lesson
60 min = $50 per lesson
For students in pre-k and elementary school, we will only offer 30 minute lessons. As students diversify as percussionists or if they want to commit significant time to jazz piano or drum set, we find that 45 minute or 60 minute lessons can work well. It depends on student goals and what they are hoping to gain from lessons! Please don't hesitate to contact us with lesson inquires.
